distributed to select radio stations, distributors and retailers. Promotional only. Never offered for sale to the public. Bright vibrant color. No
fading. Never hung. Never displayed. No tackholes. No rips. No tears. No tape.
Just some extremely minor handling marks and slight edgewear.
PLEASE NOTE: “George Clinton” is written like an autograph in blue sharpie on the right leg of the woman. This could have been done by an intern at Capitol Records because it doesn’t look like the way George signs his name. I do NOT think this was actually signed by George Clinton (or I would advertise it as such and be asking more for it). See close-up pictures. Has been

stored in a dark smoke-free and pet-free environment since I
acquired it.
