1. All items will be shipped out the same day if payment is received/cleared by 9:00 EST (New York). All orders past that deadline will go out the following business day. Shipping is unavailable on weekends & holidays.
2. Shipping Day are Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holiday declared by the carrier (USPS, Fedex, UPS). Your order will be ship out within 1 business days.
3. In store pick up service is not available.
4. We are not responsible for undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to wrong address.
