The parcel carrier is based on the location, size, and number of packages going to a specific area and could be delivered by UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.  Occasionally, UPS  & FedEx will transfer packages to USPS for final delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
– We apologize, but due to distributor shipping restrictions, we are unable to offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin Islands. All international shipping is done through eBay’s Global Shipping Program.
Buyer may return merchandise purchased from us within 30 days for a replacement or refund, provided the procedures and requirements referred to in our return policy are followed.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of item being purchased by customer and must have prior authorization. Please contact us via eBay messaging (not email) for return authorization.
If your item is damaged or defective, please communicate with us via eBay messaging (within 30 days from purchase date) and we will be happy to exchange (if item is still in stock) or provide a refund. A picture of the damage/defect will be required for documentation purposes.
Buyers will pay for return shipping on non-defective or non-damaged items. Refunds will be issued for the product price only.
Buyers are responsible for properly packaging items to be returned and for delivering the items to the carrier of choice with the tracking number. Buyer is responsible for any damage to the items during the return shipment.
Returned items must be in the same condition as Buyer received.  A fee may be charged for any items returned without original packaging, missing parts, manuals, or otherwise not in new saleable condition.
Buyers who refuse delivery or have an item returned due to a shipping address incorrectly given at checkout, will only be refunded the purchase price of the item and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, once the item is returned to us.
